Maria Luisa Sivitilli, President
For the past 20 years and counting, Maria Luisa Sivitilli has been in the entertainment industry specializing in various fields. Sivitilli started as a child actor at the age of 5 with credits on Sesame Street and Street Sense. At the age of 18, Sivitilli opened and ran her own talent agency where her love of scouting and developing new talent began.
With multiple opportunities to expand in the entertainment field, Maria Luisa was responsible for establishing the first model search in conjunction with IMG Models with a contract worth $100,000. This jump started the career of model Lauren Hardy who was the winner of the model search and who has gone on to have a successful career. She also did media and PR at the time for American Fashion Model, Rhea Durham who was in Toronto representing IMG. .
Throughout her career Maria Luisa has also been recognized as a choreographer, acting/modelling coach, event co-ordinator, talent manager and most recently a producer. She has developed and placed models with International agents in various markets such as; Europe, Asia, Australia and the USA. Many of her developed talent star in Feature Films, Tv Series, National commercials and theatre productions.
Maria Luisa is currently working on organizing and running A-List International, a talent event of her creation that scouts and develops talent from cities throughout North America. A-List International takes place in the entertainment capitol of Los Angeles where her years of expertise come together to nurture, guide and lead upcoming talent to the next level.
Jimmy Chimarios, Curriculum Director
Jimmy Chimarios has been a successful actor and acting coach for the past several years and has been involved in the acting industry since the age of nine. Jimmy began his career early on as an actor, yet quickly discovered his ability to connect with, train and build confidence in his fellow actors through sharing his teachings, techniques and experiences which has yielded proven results in his students.
Jimmy has trained in the world renowned Ivana Chubbick studio in Los Angeles, following in the steps of Academy Award winning actors such as; Halle Berry, Brad Pitt, Jared Leto, Kate Hudson, Jake Gyllenhaal and more.
He also has trained at Second City Improv (Toronto).and he has special skills training in martial arts with Master Hu Jiang Qiang and stunt training with Jean Frenetic from Stunt Stage Canada. Jimmy is always researching and improving his craft and teaching skills in order to benefit his students and ways to connect with them through his teachings. Jimmy knows that knowledge is power and to be successful it helps to be continuously learning.
